基于ANSYS的汽车驱动盘扭转疲劳分析

摘要:汽车驱动盘是连接发动机曲轴和液力变矩器的关键零部件,具有传递扭矩的功能。通过参数化语言建立驱动盘有限元模型,并应用ANSYS软件对模型进行静力分析,得到驱动盘在承受五倍工作扭矩下应力最大的节点。利用ANSYS/Fatigue模块对该节点进行疲劳分析,计算结果表明驱动盘满足疲劳强度要求。

Fatigue analysis of flexplate under torsional load based on ANSYS

Abstract:A flexplate is a key mechanical component that couples the crankshaft of a car engine with hydraulic torque converter and It has the function of transmitting torque. In this paper, the finite element model of flexplate is established by the parametric language. Besides, dangerous point was found via the static analysis of flexplate under 5 times the working torsional load. and then the fatigue span of the flexplate was got by the ANSYS-Fatigue analysis module. The results show that the flexplate satisfies the fatigue strength requirements.
