Pro/E和ADAMS联合仿真在辊弯成型机设计中的应用

摘要:详细阐述了用Pro/E和ADAMS联合建立辊弯成型机虚拟样机并进行仿真分析的方法、步骤及需要注意的问题。对虚拟样机进行运动学仿真分析,研究发现变截面梁辊弯成型机轧辊的回转半径对成型点处成型轨迹有很明显的影响,随着回转半径的增大,对成型轨迹的影响也会变大。提出了避免及改善缺陷的方法。

Application of Pro/E and Adams's co-simulation on the design of the roll forming machine

Abstract:This paper elaborated the process of jointly with Pro/E and ADAMS software to establish roll forming machine virtual prototyping and simulation, process and problems that need attention. Then did the kinematics simulation analysis for virtual prototype, we found that the radius of gyration roll forming machine roller has a very significant impact to point track, with the increase of the radius of gyration, molding track becomes larger, and the method to avoid and improve the defective for roll molding machine ,have designers reference value.
