对曳引式电梯上行制动试验制动距离的探讨

摘要:曳引式电梯上行制动试验是电梯监督检验和定期检验中对电梯空载上行紧急制动性能评估判定的重要试验,但是国家标准和检规并未对试验中的制动距离进行明确规定。上行制动试验可划属为电梯紧急制动工况的一种特殊形式。国家标准中对电梯紧急制动工况下钢丝绳的曳引能力和制动减速度等都有明确要求,依此对曳引式电梯上行制动进行研究,获取电梯上行制动试验过程中的减速度的取值,并依据匀减速简化物理模型,最终得到了曳引式电梯上行制动试验中制动距离的取值范围。

The discussion of a traction type elevator’s breaking distance in uplink brake test

Abstract:The uplink brake test is a very important experiment to the safety of a traction type elevator in first use and in Daily maintenance, but there is no rule to the braking distance about this test in the national standard or the inspection rules. Uplink brake test can be equal to the emergency braking condition in some special way. The national standard has given some rules to the emergency braking condition, so the deceleration can be acquired in the uplink brake test with these given rules, so that the braking distance can be elicited at last.
