GSLM3308五轴联动镗铣加工中心立柱有限元分析

摘要:采用SolidEdge软件建立GSLM3308五轴联动镗铣加工中心立柱的三维实体模型,利用Hypermesh有限元软件对立柱三维实体模型进行前处理、建立有限元模型。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行静力分析和模态分析,计算了立柱的应力和变形情况及1~6阶的固有频率和主振型。为立柱及加工中心的优化和改进提供了依据。

Abstract:First establish the column three -dimensional solid model of GSLM3308 Five-axis boring and milling machining center by SolidEdge sofeware. A finite element model was built up based on the three -dimensional solid model, the finite element software, Hypermesh was applied to preprocess the column three -dimensional solidmodel and establish the finite element model. Using ANSYS software to static analysis and modal analysis. The preceding six step natural vibration frequencies and its corresponding vibration modes were obtained, and provid the basis for the optimization and improvement of column and machining center.
