数控车床主轴制动的研究与实现

摘要:普通车床数控改造时需要对主轴运转及制动也进行数控改造。论述了用K100Ti-D车床数控系统对C616普通车床主轴正反转控制的设计原理,设计了采用数控系统和电磁制动器对主轴进行制动的接口及其电气控制电路,描述了数控加工主轴控制制动程序设计方法,成功地应用于主轴正反转及制动控制,生产加工效率明显提高,降低了劳动强度,提高了数控车床的自动化水平,具有实用推广价值。

Abstract:The NC reconstruction of a common lathe spindle running and braking is needed to carry on the numerical control transformation. Using the numerical control system and electromagnetic brake to brake the spindle interface control circuit is designed, using the numerical control system and electromagnetic brake to brake the spindle interface control circuit was designed, the numerical control machining and the braking procedure  method was discussed, successfully applied to the spindle positive inversion and brake control, production and processing improve the efficiency. It is a very useful and practical reconstruction with reducing the labor intensity and improving the level of automation of CNC lathe.
