铝基复合材料制动盘在地铁车辆上的应用研究

摘要:应用替代铸铁材料的铝基复合材料制动盘能够降低车辆簧下质量,满足车辆轻量化发展趋势,改善车辆的轮轨关系和运行品质。本文从装用铸铁材料制动盘和铝基复合材料制动盘的地铁车辆入手,从某地铁线路实际试验情况出发,着重研究铸铁材料制动盘和铝基复合材料制动盘在满轴重载荷及纯空气制动工况下以最高运营速度连续两次平直道紧急制动热容量性能、满轴重载荷及纯空气最大常用制动工况下实际站点正线往返运行热容量性能、空车及满载等不同载荷工况下纯空气最大常用制动减速度及制动距离等,同时分析了铝基复合材料制动盘对车辆轻量化的效果。研究分析结果表明,铝基复合材料制动盘在提高车辆轻量化的同时具备优异的热容量和制动性能。

Application of Aluminum Matrix Composite Brake Disc on Subway Vehicles

Abstract:The application of aluminum matrix composite brake discs instead of cast-iron can reduce the unsprung mass of vehicles, meet the development trend of vehicle lightweight, and improve the wheel/rail relationship and running quality. This research examines the subway vehicles equipped with cast-iron brake discs and aluminum-matrix composite brake discs in the actual test of a subway line. It focuses on the thermal capacity performance of both cast-iron brake discs and aluminum-matrix composite brake discs under full-axle heavy load and pure air braking conditions for two consecutive straight emergency braking at the maximum operating speed. The thermal capacity performance is studied in main line round-trip operation of the actual subway station. The maximum service braking deceleration and braking distance under different load conditions, such as empty and full axle, heavy load and pure air, are studied, and the effect of aluminum-matrix composite brake disc on vehicle lightweight is analyzed. It shows that the aluminum-matrix composite brake disc has excellent heat capacity and braking performance while improving lightweight vehicle.
