一种高速动车组污物箱的设计与验证

摘要:以高速动车组真空集便系统的污物箱为研究对象,设计一种吊装真空保持式污物箱,设计过程包括有效容积设计、结构设计、防冻保护、液位检测等,其结构包括吸污管、通气管、检修口、清洗管、抽真空管等。通过SolidWorks软件对已设计的污物箱进行三维建模,之后用ANSYS软件进行模型处理及计算分析。按照标准对污物箱在不同工况下进行静强度和疲劳强度评估,并考虑不同液位下的影响。仿真时,考虑箱体内的负压和外部的气动载荷。同时对污物箱进行振动冲击试验验证。结果表明,设计的污物箱在理论分析计算和实际试验中,均满足强度要求。

Design and Verification of a Waste Tank for High-Speed Train

Abstract:Taking the waste tank of the vacuum toilet waste collection system of high-speed train as the research object, a kind of lifting vacuum holding waste tank is designed. The design process includes effective volume design, structural design, antifreeze protection, liquid level detection, etc. The structure includes suction pipes, ventilation pipes, maintenance ports, cleaning pipes, vacuum pipes, etc. The SolidWorks software is used to create a three-dimensional model of the designed waste tank, and then the ANSYS software is used for model processing and calculation analysis. The static strength and fatigue strength of the waste tank are evaluated according to the standard under different working conditions, and the influence of different liquid levels is considered. In the simulation, the negative pressure inside the box and the external aerodynamic load are considered. At the same time, the vibration impact test of the waste tank is conducted. The results show that the designed waste tank meets the strength requirements both in the theoretical analysis and calculation and in practical tests.
