某引进型发动机喘振故障研究

摘要:针对某引进发动机在外场使用过程中出现频次较高的喘振故障问题,基于发动机结构图解和放气活门在不同工况下的作动机制,阐释了该型发动机压气机的工作原理,并结合压气机压力调节系统,深入剖析发动机喘振故障的产生原因,发现发动机喘振故障主要是由于压气机前气压紊乱引起。为降低该发动机故障发生几率,进一步研究了发动机喘振故障的主要特征和表现形式,并基于此提出了一套新工艺方法和预防措施。本研究可为维护航空发动机的正常工作以及保障发动机在使用过程中的可靠性和安全性提供参考。

Research on Surge Fault of an Imported Engine

Abstract:In this paper, aiming at the high-frequency surge fault problem of an engine used outdoors, on the basis of the engine structure diagram and the working mechanism of the bleed valve under different working conditions, the working principle of the air compressor of this type of engine is explained, and the cause of the engine surge failure is analyzed in combination with the air pressure adjustment system of the air compressor. It is found that the engine surge failure is mainly caused by the air pressure disorder in front of the air compressor. In order to reduce the probability of engine failure, the main characteristics and manifestations of engine surge failure are further studied, and a set of new process methods and preventive measures are proposed. This research can provide a reference for maintaining the normal operation of the aero-engine and ensuring the reliability and safety of the engine during use.
