爱车公寓创新设计与制造

摘要：针对现有小区非机动车随意停放、占用人行道、缺少安全规范等问题，设计了一款停放电动车、自行车的立体停车库。针对电动车设计九杆自重夹持机构，同时配备安全充电装置，实现电动车的夹持和充电功能；针对自行车停放设计空间七杆夹持机构，使其稳定停放；针对自行车推送设计双丝杠机构，能推送自行车移动至同层任意停车位。该车库具有使用方便、存取效率高、防火安全性能强、适用地形广的特点，具有良好地应用前景和推广意义。

Innovative Design and Manufacturing of Non-motor Vehicle Garage in Residential Areas

Abstract：Aiming at the problems of improper parking of non-motor vehicles, sidewalk occupancy and lack of safety standards in existing residential areas, a three-dimensional parking garage for electric vehicles and bicycles is designed. A nine-rod self-weight clamping mechanism is designed for the electric vehicles, and a safety charging device is equipped to realize the clamping and charging functions of the electric vehicles; a space seven-rod mechanism is designed for the bicycle parking, so that the bicycle can be stably parked; and a double-screw mechanism is designed for bicycle pushing, so that the bicycle can be pushed to any parking space on the same floor. The garage has the characteristics of convenient use, high access efficiency, strong fire safety performance and wide application terrain, and has good application prospect and popularization significance.
