一种面向起身困难患者可自动更换床单的病床设计

摘要:设计了一种面向起身困难患者可自动更换床单的病床,包含底部移动折叠系统和顶部床单更换系统的结构设计。底部移动折叠系统、顶部床单更换系统分别采用电力推杆和直流电机为动力源,对动力源进行了计算与校核。该病床将床单做成卷筒,并将其安装在位于顶部床单更换系统的电机架上,其对称位置安装有床单收集卷筒用于收集使用过后的床单。床单收集卷筒与位于电机架上的直流电机通过齿轮连接,减速的同时为整个过程提供动力。在使用中通过更换床单卷筒与床单收集卷对床单进行更新。

A Hospital Bed Design with Automatic Bed Sheet Change

Abstract:A hospital bed with automatic bed sheet change is designed, which includes the structural design of the movable folding system and the bed sheet changing system. Electric push rod and DC motor is used as the power source, which is calculated and checked. The bed sheets are made into rolls and installed on the motor frame of the top sheet replacement system. A sheet collection roller is installed at the symmetrical position to collect used sheets. The sheet collection roller is connected with the DC motor on the motor frame through gears, which provides power for the whole process while decelerating. The bed sheet change is realized by replacing the bed sheet roller and the bed sheet collection roller.
