铜件在车削加工中的变形控制

摘要：铜套类零件多用于旋转轴导向，对同轴度垂直度平行度等形位公差都有较高要求，在数控车削加工中是较难加工的零件。分析铜件在车削过程中受装夹应力车削应力和材料内应力的作用下影响工件的尺寸精度形位精度的主要原因，通过改进车削工艺、卡爪车削、刀具选择等方法有效提升铜套类零件加工的尺寸精度，解决变形控制的问题。

Abstract：The copper set parts useds for more axis of revolution direction, to together shaft degree perpendicular degree parallel etc. shape potential the tolerance all has a high request, at number control truning to process in is a more difficult processed parts. Analytical copper piece the action bottom that is packed to clip stress truning stress and material internal stress during the truning effect the main reason of the dimensional accuracy shape potential accuracy of work piece and pass to improve the methods, such as truning and tool angel choice...etc. of the truning craft, calorie claw to effectively promote the dimensional accuracy that the copper set parts processes, solution transforms the problem of control.
