摘要:基于FANUC 0i系统的数控车床,通过对大螺距锯齿形螺纹加工方法的分析以及宏编程思路的研究,探索出一种利用通用切槽刀具在数控车床上加工大螺距锯齿形螺纹的方法;并结合实际生产进行了验证,方法可行、程序正确、效果理想,解决了大螺距锯齿形螺纹在数控车床上加工的局限性,为数控技术比赛、生产中解决此类问题提供了参考依据。

Macro program research of big pitch zigzag thread based on FANUC 0i system

Abstract:Through the analysis of machining method of large pitch zigzag thread and the research of macro program, a general method of machining large pitch zigzag thread using cutting tools on the CNC lathe has been explored; Its feasibility has been proved combining with actual production and the difficult problem of machining big pitch zigzag thread on the CNC lathe has been solved.
