以数控车床为本体的液压实验台液压系统设计

摘要:一台带有液压卡盘夹紧系统的数控车床,以其为基础设计液压实验台。实验台的液压系统围绕机床的运动功能展开设计,包含了液压卡盘夹紧回路、液压尾座驱动回路和节流调速回路等基本回路,再结合数控车床这一高技术的机电设备,可满足液压实验特别是机电液联调实验的要求。该设计挖掘了现有设备的潜力,拓展了设备的功能,以较少的投入获得较大的实验效果。

The design of hydraulic system of hydraulic experimental platform based on CNC lathe

Abstract:A CNC lathe with hydraulic chuck clamping system, on the basis of it, design the hydraulic experimental platform. The hydraulic system of experimental platform design based on Motor function of CNC Lathe, including the hydraulic chuck clamping circuit, hydraulic tailstock circuit and flow adjusting circuit, combined the technology of CNC lathe the high Mechanical and Electrical Equipment, meet the requirements of the hydraulic experiment, especially mechanical electrical and hydraulic alignment experiment. This design to dig up the potential of the existing equipment and expand the function of the equipment, and obtain larger experiment effect with less investment.
