弹簧强压处理简易装置设计

摘要:使用要求严格的弹簧在制成后,需要进行强压处理,处理后的弹簧自由高度稳定,并清除弹簧使用早期弹力衰减,以保证弹簧工作可靠性。针对设计的两种不同规格的弹簧,采用专用工装通过螺钉紧固强压。由于批次较多,在多次使用以后,工装螺纹孔受到严重破坏,而且使用过程中费时费力。因此,改进设计了两种弹簧批量强压装置,一种主要由液压驱动静压过程,另外一种由人工驱动静压过程。两种装置将为多批次弹簧强压处理提供极大的便利,装置本身的重复利用率也大为提高。

Design of simple equipment for forced compression treatment of spring

Abstract:The Forced Compression Treatment of spring is necessary, then it’s free height will be stable, and it’s early elastic force attenuation will be eliminated, it’s reliability could be fully guaranteed. Special fixture was designed for two kind of spring, the fixture was holddown by screws. But the threaded holes of fixture was severe damaged because of frequent using, in addition, it’s hard to use. Two kind of simple equipment for forced compression treatment of spring were designed. One was driven by hydraulic pressure, another by hands. They will provide convenience for multi-batch forced compression treatment of spring, it’s repeated utilization ratio will be improved.
