摩擦叠焊状态监测新方法

摘要:摩擦叠焊是一种新型连接技术,其成形机理的研究关系到连接接头的质量。对摩擦叠焊过程中的摩擦状态进行监测可以为其成形机理的研究提供诸多信息,而将声发射技术应用于摩擦叠焊的状态监测是一种新型并且有效的方法。在摩擦叠焊工艺中金属材料发生塑性变形、晶格重组等现象,这些都是有效的声发射源,建立信号源与对应时间摩擦状态的关系可以有效地配置焊接工艺参数,因此目前研究的主要内容是分析声发射源信号特征参数与摩擦状态的关系。

Abstract:As friction stir welding is a new type of connection technology, the study of its forming mechanism is related to the quality of the connector. Friction state of friction stir welding process monitoring can provide lots of information to the research of its forming mechanism, and the acoustic emission technique applied to condition monitoring of friction stir welding is a new and effective method. In the friction stir welding process, metal materials change properties, such as plastic deformation, lattice restructuring, which are effective acoustic emission source, and build a relationship of signal source and the corresponding time friction state can effectively configuration of welding process parameters, so the main content of the present study is to find the acoustic emission source signal characteristic parameters and the friction state relationship.
