基于TRIZ理论的洗瓶机出瓶装置的创新设计

摘要:目前洗瓶机的出瓶装置容易造成西林瓶的碎瓶,碎瓶后需停机检查,从而降低了生产率。针对此问题,利用TRIZ理论对洗瓶机出瓶装置进行详细分析,描述设计中的技术冲突问题,进而确定对应的TRIZ冲突矩阵和解决原理,根据解决原理对洗瓶机出瓶装置进行创新设计,最终确定方案采用出瓶拨盘自复位偏移装置,以彻底消除洗瓶机的碎瓶现象,达到碎瓶故障率为零。

Innovative design of device of push bottles out of washing bottle machine based on TRIZ

Abstract:At present, device of push bottles out of bottle washing machine is easy to cause the bottle broken and then need shutdown which reduces productivity. Against this problem, detailed analysis is obtained by the method of conflict Analysis of TRIZ.Then the design technical conflicts are studied in order to find out corresponding TRIZ conflict matrix and solution principles. Innovative designs of the device of push bottles out of washing bottle machine are obtained according to invention principles. Finally, a specific solution for bottle dial self reset offset device is identified,which will eliminate the phenomenon of broken bottle and reach zero  in broken bottle fault rate.
