高性能医用床单自动更换系统的研制

摘要:针对现有医用床单设备自动化程度不高、稳定性差等不足,研制了一种高性能医用床单自动更换系统,该系统包括无线监控模块、床单张力控制模块。由于系统设计过程采用理论计算与数字化建模相结合的过程,即在产品样机之前,建立了该系统的虚拟仿真模型,对整个床单更换过程进行仿真测试,极大地提高系统设计的成功率,并顺利开发出医用床单自动更换系统,医院试用结果表明,该系统可以在5 s内实现床单快速平稳的更换。

The development of high-performance medical automatic sheet replacement system

Abstract:The thesis aims at present medical sheet equipment’s low automation, poor stability and so on, developed a high-performance medical automatic sheet replacement system, the system included wireless monitoring module, sheet tension control module. Since the system design process adopted the combination of theoretical calculation and digital modeling, and built the system’s virtual simulation model before product prototype, made stimulation test on sheet replacement, which greatly improved the system design’s success rate, and successfully developed medical automatic sheet replacement system. The hospital’s result showed that, the system could make sheets replaced quickly and smoothly within 5 seconds.
