汽车遮阳板制造工艺及空间布置

摘要：介绍了汽车遮阳板的组成和工艺，在设计阶段需对遮阳板进行视野校核，包括上、下及前视野，为满足人机工程需要，将相关校核参数明确在一定范围内。同时，为了保证正常操作和使用，根据相关法规和标准，对遮阳板及组成零部件提出了性能要求。

Abstract：This paper introduced the composition and process of the automobile sunvisors, to meet the requirement of blocking sunshine, vision of sunvisors need to be checked in the design phase, including front, top and below vision, then cleared the relevant checking parameter of a certain range. And in order to ensure that sunvisors could be normally used, the performance requirements of sunvisors assembly and parts were proposed.
