一种胶印机滚筒间隙自动调节系统研发

摘要:针对传统手动纯机械式的胶印机间隙调节方法所存在的诸多不足,提出了一种胶印机滚筒间隙自动调节技术,并以北人BR622胶印机为原型进行改进以适合自动化调节过程的结构要求,开发了调节装置的样机。研究过程中,探讨了胶印机滚筒间隙自动调节的原理,设计了以PLC为核心的间隙自动调节系统的软硬件结构,分析并设计了软件流程,研发了测试样机。这一间隙自动调节方法能够简化现场操作,改善胶印机的工作性能,提高胶印运行过程的平稳性和可靠性。

Abstract:Aiming to the advantages of traditional manual mechanical adjustment for gaps between key parts of offset machine, a method for gaps adjusting automatically was proposed and a prototype of adjusting device based on BR622 offset machine was formed. In this research, the principle of adjustment automatically was discussed, the configuration with the PLC as core of adjustment automatically system was designed, the control software process was analyzing and a prototype was developed. The method of automatic adjustment for gap can simplify the operations.
