C++在经济性数控车床梯牙螺纹加工中的应用

摘要:在大螺距梯牙螺纹或细长轴螺纹加工时,为避免加工中出现震动、扎刀的现象,一般采用分层赶刀的加工方式。而经济性数控车床在编写加工程序时无法使用宏程序,若要实现分层赶刀加工,编程加工程序较困难。通过利用C++语言对梯牙螺纹的加工程序进行编写,并生成应用程序。使用者通过对话框输入梯牙螺纹尺寸,自动输出数控加工程序到文本文档,解决了梯牙螺纹数控加工程序编写难的问题。

Abstract:In the pitch ladder thread or slender shaft screw thread processing, in order to avoid vibration, rolling knife phenomenon in processing, generally use the hierarchical catch knife. While the economic type CNC lathe in the preparation process can not use macro program, to achieve hierarchical catch cutter processing procedures, programming more difficult. This paper was written by using C++ language program of ladder thread, and build your application. The user through the dialog box enter the ladder thread size, automatically output the NC program into a text document, solve the NC machining program ladder thread programming problem.
