风电叶片DF82A主梁帽灌注工艺研究

摘要:真空辅助灌注工艺作为一种新型的复合材料成型技术,由于其制作成本低、产品性能好、生产过程无有毒气体排放等优点,已经被广泛应用于国民生产的各个领域。在灌注大型风电叶片时,普遍采用真空辅助灌注工艺,而主梁帽往往以预制件的形式加入,这就需要对主梁帽的灌注工艺进行适当设计,论文主要针对DF82A主梁帽灌注工艺进行研究,着重在抽气效率、加热工艺设计等方面进行研究,提出了新的主梁帽灌注工艺方案,提高了DF82A主梁帽的质量和生产效率。

Abstract:Vacuum-assisted infusion is a new type of composites molding technology.Due to the low production costs, high performance of the products, and non-toxic gas emissions of the production process, it has been widely used in various fields. In infusion of large wind turbine blade, generally using Vacuum-assisted infusion, and the Spar cap tends to perform form to join, which requires us to infusion technology of appropriate design,  the technology of the DF82A Spar cap infusion has been studied in this article, focus on efficiency of vacuum, heating process design and other aspects of research, put forward new Spar cap infusion process, improves the production efficiency and quality of the DF82A Spar cap.
