某榴弹发射器虚拟样机的建模与仿真

摘要:应用机械系统动力学和运动学分析软件ADAMS以某榴弹发射器为例,建立与该榴弹发射器物理样机的简化虚拟样机模型,分析其自动机运动学和动力学特点。根据榴弹发射器的受力关系,在模型的各运动部件施加约束力,设置相关的参数,对虚拟样机模型进行动力学仿真,探讨该榴弹发射器仿真过程中出现的问题并进行优化设计。最后对比以往对同型号的榴弹发射器的实验结果,验证仿真的正确性。

Modeling and dynamic simulation of a grenade launcher

Abstract:In this paper, take a grenade launcher which based on automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system ADAMS software as an example, grenade launcher simulation model that are the same as actual prototype was established, and the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the automatic mechanism are analyzed. According to relationship of actual force, conditions of constraint and force were added in different parts of the model, and set up the relevant parameters, simulated the virtual prototype model by ADAMS software, Exploring the problems in the simulation process of the grenade launcher, and optimizing the design for the problems. By comparison with past experimental results of the same type of grenade launcher, results showed that the simulation and analysis results are confident.
