摘要:齿根应力和齿轮变形的计算是齿轮设计的两个重要问题,它关系到齿轮的承载能力和可靠性。利用Pro/E对齿轮进行精确参数化建模,在此基础上利用Pro/E与ANSYS中间连接接口,将模型导入到ANSYS中,对直齿圆柱齿轮进行齿根弯曲应力分析计算。

The finite element analysis of bending stress for involute cylindrical spur gear

Abstract:The calculation of the tooth root stress and that of the deformation of the gear are two important issues concerned with gear design, which determines bearing capacity and the liability of the gear. In the paper, the author proposes precise parametric modeling of the gear by using Pro/E. Then through the connection of Pro/E and ANSYS, the model is introduced into the software of ANSYS to analyze and calculate the root bending stress of cylindrical spur gear.
