冲床送料机械手的PLC控制系统设计

摘要：针对人工送料效率低、精度低、安全性差的状况，设计了基于PLC控制的冲床自动送料机械手，对PLC控制系统进行了详细设计，给出PLC控制方案、控制系统原理图和程序设计梯形图。所设计的机械手结构简单操作方便、效率高、成本低，能提高使用寿命、生产安全性，保证产品质量和工艺稳定性。

Punch press feeding manipulator's PLC control system design

Abstract：Workpiece placing and removing for punch press operated by hand have low precision, low efficiency and poor security. The punch press feeding manipulator driven by pneumatic is introduced which based on the PLC program control. The PLC control system of manipulator has carried on the detailed design, function diagram and ladder diagram has been given. The manipulator has simple structure and convenient operation, high efficiency, low cost, can improve the life, production safety nature to ensure product quality and process stability.
