钢轨除锈装置及其液压系统设计

摘要:钢轨在焊接加工时必须保证其表面的光洁度和导电性,必须在焊接前进行表面除锈处理,否则难以保证其焊接质量和效率。针对目前国内焊轨厂钢轨除锈工序的加工现状,结合实际情况,设计了一种自动化的除锈装置,其位于钢轨加工流水线上,配有上下左右共四个除锈磨头,以传感器来检测钢轨的位置并控制限位装置的启动;装置工作时,由液压系统驱动不同的液压缸以固定钢轨和改变各个磨头的工作状态,并遵循固定的动作来自动完成钢轨的除锈工作。此装置能够增加工序的自动化程度,减轻工人的劳动强度,提高钢轨的除锈效果。

AbstractRail welding processing must ensure smoothness and electrical conductivity of the surface, and rust treatment must be done before welding, otherwise it is difficult to ensure the welding quality and efficiency. In view of the status of rail rusting process in domestic rail welding factories and combined with actual situation, this article designs an automatic rusting device. It’s located on the rail processing line, with up and down about a total of four rust heads.This device uses sensors to detect rail position and control limit device. When it works, the hydraulic system drives different hydraulic cylinder to control to fix rail and change the working condition of the four rust heads. What’s more, the device also follows fixed action to complete automatic rail rust removing work. In a word, this device can increase the degree of automation of the process, reduce the labor intensity of workers, increase the rusting effect.
