基于ADAMS/CAR的麦弗逊式悬架的建模与仿真

摘要:欲对某一紧凑型三厢轿车的麦弗逊式前悬架系统总成的一些主要性能进行事先的预测和评估,在ADAMS/CAR中,对其麦弗逊式前悬架系统总成进行了建模,对所建的麦弗逊式前悬架系统总成进行双轮同向激振仿真实验。仿真结果表明,车轮在-50 mm~50 mm范围跳动变化时,主销后倾角的变化范围为2.36°~2.73°,主销内倾角的变化范围为7.21°~8.31°,前轮外倾角的变化范围为1.12°~-0.37°,前轮前束角的变化范围为-0.82°~0.75°,从仿真结果来看此车型的前轮定位参数符合设计要求。仿真分析结果为进一步改善悬架系统的性能、缩短产品的开发周期提供了参考。

Modeling and simulation of MacPherson suspension based on ADAMS/CAR

Abstract:The major performances of the Macpherson front suspension system assembly of a compact car want to be predicted and assessed, then the Macpherson front suspension assembly of the compact car is modeled in the ADAMS/CAR and vibration in the same direction is added to the wheels of the built model to simulate. The simulation results show that when the wheel beat change -50mm to 50mm, the caster angle ranges from 2.36°to 2.73°, the Kingpin inclination angle ranges from 7.21°to 8.31°, the camber angle ranges from 1.12°to -0.37°, the toe angle ranges from -0.82°to 0.75°, the simulation results show that the front wheel alignments of the car meet the design requirements .The simulation results also provide a reference to further improve the suspension performance and shorten the development cycle of product.
