一种防风固沙植被培养机械的设计

摘要:为治理土地荒漠化,实现防风、固沙、植被培养功能,基于三维软件设计了一种防风固沙、植被种植培养机械装置。该装置主要由种子植入装置、配套种植机械等组成,经过各部分平稳、连续的作业,最终将培育好的幼苗及特制种子仓植入沙地中,幼苗在种子仓的保护下成长,达到治理土地荒漠化的效果。对本装置进行了总体电控系统设计,使用有限元软件对装置关键结构进行了分析和优化,根据最终优化结构制造了装置实物样机,并进行了试验和测试。结果表明,该装置能实现设计功能,种子植入装置能正常展开工作,配套种植机械可实现自动夹取、植入等动作,对治理土地荒漠化具有较高实用价值。

The Design of a Windbreak and Sand Fixation Vegetation Cultivation Machine

Abstract:In order to control land desertification and realize the functions of windbreak, sand fixation and vegetation cultivation, a mechanical device is designed based on three-dimensional software. The machine is mainly composed of seed implantation device, supporting planting machinery and other modules. After smooth and continuous operation of each module, the cultivated seedlings and special seed storehouse are finally implanted into the sandy land. The seedlings grow under the protection of the seed storehouse, which finally achieve the effect of controlling land desertification. The overall electronic control system of the device was designed, and the key structure of the device was analyzed and optimized by using finite element software. According to the final optimized structure, the physical prototype of the device was manufactured and experiments and tests were carried out. The results show that the device can realize the corresponding function, the seed implantation device can work normally, and the supporting planting machinery can implement automatic clamping, implantation and other actions. The designed machine has high practical application value for controlling land desertification.
