嵌套旋流离心式雾化喷嘴流场特性分析

摘要:为了对航空发动机燃油喷嘴的流场特性进行研究从而对其雾化性能进行优化达到节能减排的目的。通过Solidworks软件对嵌套旋流离心式喷嘴进行了建模,利用Fluent软件使用流体容积法(VOF)对喷嘴的内流场及外流场进行数值模拟计算,并做了雾化性能测试实验证明了数值模拟计算的可靠性。结果表明,燃油流场与喷嘴结构呈现较强的相关性,无论是内流场还是外流场的各项物理特性均呈现特定的规律。可见对于喷嘴流场的研究为后期研究改变某些关键结构尺寸对喷嘴会产生哪些影响做好相关的流场分析技术指南,最终是为喷嘴的结构改进提供了相关参考。

Analysis of Flow Field Characteristics of Nested Swirl Centrifugal Nozzle

Abstract:In order to study the flow field characteristics of aeroengine fuel nozzle and optimize its atomization performance to reduce emissions. In this paper, the nested swirl centrifugal nozzle is modeled by using Solidworks software, and the Volume of Fluid method (VOF) is used to numerically simulate the internal and external flow fields of the nozzle. The atomization performance test is done to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation. The results show that there is a strong correlation between the fuel flow field and the nozzle structure, and both the internal and the external flow field show physical characteristics. The study of nozzle flow field provides relevant technical guidance for flow field analysis and lays a foundation studies on the influence of changing some key structural dimensions on the nozzle, leading to the structural improvement of the nozzle.
