螺旋焊管内防腐涂覆设备的设计

摘要：为提高焊管内防腐作业过程中涂塑粉末附着率，降低粉尘飞溅，设计一种螺旋焊管内防腐涂覆设备。该设备由轨道传动系统、撒涂枪等部分组成，对涂塑原料供给量及涂覆位置的控制更为精准。现场使用效果表明，该设备能够实现不同直径焊管的内防腐涂覆，管径范围为Φ219～Φ3220 mm，并且可同时涂覆多根焊管。撒涂枪移动速度与涂塑原料供给速度相匹配便可实现涂塑原料的均匀涂覆，涂层壁厚差小于0.2 mm，防腐焊管人眼外观平整度不合格率小于1%，设备能够满足生产需求。

Design of Anti-Corrosion Coating Equipment in Spiral Welding Tube

Abstract：In order to improve the adhesion rate of epoxy powder and dust control, an anti-corrosion coating equipment in spiral welding tube was designed. The equipment is composed of track transmission system, spray gun and other parts. The supply of coating materials and the control of coating position is more accurate. Field application results show that the equipment can achieve the internal anti-corrosion coating of welded pipes with different diameters ranging from Φ219 mm to Φ3220 mm. Multiple welded pipes coated at the same time can be realized. The uniform coating of epoxy powder can be realized when the moving speed of spray gun matches the supply speed of coating materials. The thickness difference of coating wall is less than 0.2 mm, and the unqualified rate of the appearance and flatness of anti-corrosion welded pipe is less than 1%. The equipment can meet the production requirements.
