正压富氧舱轻量化设计研究

摘要:正压富氧舱是一款面向长期工作在高原地区的高原病患者的医疗保健舱,通过提高舱内压强和氧气浓度的方式,创造正压富氧环境来缓解和治疗高原病。但是由于其本身质量较大,运输极其不便,高原地区的施工人员在出现高原病症之后因为缺少正压富氧舱而不能及时缓解症状,对他们的人身健康造成影响。本文以多人正压富氧舱为研究主体,在SolidWorks软件中建立相应的三维模型,通过ANSYS Workbench软件运用拓扑优化和多目标参数优化法,对正压富氧舱的舱体内壳、舱体外壳和夹层加强筋三个主要部分进行轻量化设计,最终在最大变形,最大应力量允许的变化范围内,保证了其强度、刚度和安全性的同时,对正压富氧舱整体减重了24%,达到了轻量化的目标,为后续更深入的研究提供了一些理论依据。

Research on Lightweight Design of Hyperbaric Oxygen Enrichment Cabin

Abstract:Hyperbaric oxygen enrichment cabin is a medical care cabin for the patients with  altitude sickness who works in the plateau areas for a long time. By increasing the pressure and oxygen concentration in the cabin, a hyperbaric oxygen enriched environment is created to alleviate and treat the altitude sickness. However, due to the large mass of the cabin and the inconvenience in transportation, the symptoms of the workers in the plateau areas cannot be relieved in time due to the lack of the hyperbaric oxygen enrichment cabin, which would further do harm to their health. In this article, the multi-person hyperbaric oxygen enrichment  cabin is taken as the research subject, and the corresponding three-dimensional model is established through the SolidWorks software. And through the ANSYS Workbench software, the topology optimization method and parameter optimization method are adopted to reduce the weight of the inner and outer shell and the sandwich reinforcement of the cabin that serves as the main parts within the scope of the maximum resilience and the allowable stress while ensuring its strength, stiffness and safety, and the weight of the entire cabin is reduced by 24%, which achieves the goal of lightweight and provides some theoretical basis for subsequent in-depth research.
