两种新型材料地铁轨枕的频响特性和减振特性分析

摘要:为了研究环氧树脂材料和不饱和聚酯材料制作的地铁轨枕的减振性能,通过力锤敲击试验和理论分析的方法,对比分析了两种新型材料轨枕和传统混凝土轨枕的频响特性和减振特性。通过分析三种轨枕的频响特性数据发现,对于轨枕的多数垂向共振频率所对应的共振峰,三种轨枕共振峰的共振频率和共振峰值无明显差异;对于轨枕的多数横向共振频率所对应的共振峰,三种轨枕共振峰的共振频率无明显差异,但不饱和聚酯材料轨枕的共振峰值最小。通过分析三种轨枕的阻尼比发现,两种新型材料轨枕比传统混凝土轨枕的减振性能都更好,其中不饱和聚酯材料轨枕的减振性能在三者中最好。

Analysis of Frequency Response and Vibration Reduction Characteristics of Two Metro Sleepers Made of New Materials

Abstract:In order to study the vibration reduction performance of two metro sleepers made of epoxy resin and unsaturated polyester materials respectively, the force-hammer excitation test and the theoretical analysis are used to compare the frequency response and vibration damping characteristics of the two new-material sleepers with a traditional concrete sleeper. By comparing and analyzing the frequency response characteristics of the three types of sleepers, it is found that the resonance frequencies of the resonance peaks of the three types of sleepers have only slight difference in terms of the vertical resonance frequencies of the sleepers. And also, there is no significant difference in the resonance frequencies of the three sleepers in terms of the transverse resonance frequencies of sleepers, and the resonance peak value of the unsaturated polyester sleepers is the smallest among the three sleepers. The damping ratios of the three sleepers show that the vibration reduction performance of the two new-material sleepers is better than that of the traditional concrete sleeper. In particular, the vibration damping of the unsaturated polyester sleeper is the best among the three sleepers.
