压钩力作用下空载货车曲线上运行安全性研究

摘要:随着重载列车运行速度不断提升,其在小半径曲线区段的安全性问题不断凸显。本文以空载货车作为研究对象,基于车辆动力学理论建立了详细的三连挂货车单元模型。基于该模型分析了空载货车压钩力作用下通过曲线区段的轮轨相互作用特征,并进一步研究曲线轨道关键参数对车辆运行安全性的影响,研究结果表明:空载货车在小半径曲线区段的轮重减载情况尤为突出,各项安全性指标随压钩力的增大而增大。适当增大曲线超高量和缓和曲线长度有利于缓解空载货车的轮重减载问题,同时适当增长曲线超高量可有效降低轮轨横向相互作用,增加缓和曲线长度可降低轮轨垂向作用。线路维护中可根据实际情况适当调整曲线超高和缓和曲线长度,以提升小半径曲线区段的车辆运行安全性。

Study on Running Safety of Unloaded Wagon on Curves under the Effect of Compression Coupler force

Abstract:As the running speed of heavy-haul train continues to increase, the safety problems at small radius curve sections become more and more prominent. Focusing on the running safety of unloaded wagons, a detailed 3-pack wagons model has been established based on the vehicle dynamics theory. By employing the model, the wheel-rail interaction characteristics of the unloaded wagon passing through the curve section under the effect of the compression coupler forces are analyzed, and the influence of the key parameters of the curve track on the running safety of the vehicle is further investigated. The results indicate that the wheel unloading problem of the unloaded wagon is prominent in the small radius curve sections, and the safety indices increase with the increase of the compression force. It is revealed that the proper increase of super elevation and the transition curve length can mitigate the wheel unloading. Meanwhile, the proper increase of super elevation can reduce the lateral wheel-rail interaction, and the vertical wheel-rail interaction decreases with the increase of the transition curve length. To enhance the running safety of vehicle in small radius curve sections, the super elevation and the transition curve length can be adjusted appropriately in the track maintenance.
