市域快线扣件弹条断裂机理研究

摘要:国内某市域快线运营期间出现扣件弹条断裂的情况,为了探究弹条的断裂机理,建立了弹条的有限元模型,对弹条的应力特性和振动特性两方面进行了研究。分析了弹条在不同安装状态下的应力特性,结合疲劳预估方法,研究了弹条疲劳寿命与安装状态的关系。根据弹条模态分析和谐响应分析,结合现场测试数据,验证了弹条一阶固有频率位于钢轨表面不平顺的通过频率特征峰值区间,容易引发共振,加剧弹条的高频振动,诱发疲劳裂纹。基于分析计算结果,提出了规范扣件安装、及时纠正弹条位置偏差、加强钢轨打磨等优化弹条工作状态的养护维修措施。

Research on the Fracture Mechanism of the Fastener Clip of the Urban Express Line

Abstract:During the operation of an urban express line in the country, the fastener clips were broken. In order to explore the fracture mechanism of the clip, a finite element model of the clip is established, and the stress characteristics and vibration characteristics of the clip are studied. The stress characteristics of the clip under different installation states are analyzed, and the relationship between the fatigue life of the clip and the installation state is studied through the fatigue prediction method. According to the modal analysis and the harmonious response analysis of the clips, and combined with the field test data, it is verified that the first-order natural frequency of the clip is located in the characteristic peak range of the passing frequency of the rail surface roughness, which is easy to cause resonance that aggravates the high-frequency vibration of the clip and induces fatigue cracks. On the basis of the analysis and calculation results, the maintenance and repair measures to optimize the working state of the clips are proposed, such as standardizing the installation of the fasteners, correcting the positional deviation of the clips in time, and strengthening the grinding of the rails.
