某水电站定子机座振动偏大分析与处理

摘要:定子机座是水轮发电机组发电机的主要部件之一,定子机座振动偏大影响发电机气隙及机组电磁稳定性,严重情况将导致机组被迫停机,对机组安全稳定性及运行经济效益有重要影响。本文针对某电站3号机组定子机座水平振动幅值异常偏大问题,分析了其产生原因分析并给出了处理措施,首先基于发电机带励磁前后振动数据进行了对比分析,发现励磁电流的增加造成电磁拉力增大,存在电磁拉力不平衡;其次,对振动频谱分析发现引起定子X向振动幅值增加的频率成分为2、3、4倍频,根据特征判定可能由于定转子不圆引起;最后,在检修时排查发现存在定子机座固定螺栓松动,通过对定子机座螺栓、止动块进行检查处理后解决了定子机座振动偏大问题。

Analysis and Treatment of Excessive Vibration of Stator Frame in a Hydropower Station

Abstract:Stator frame is one of the main components of hydro turbine generator unit. The excessive vibration of the stator frame will affect the air gap of the generator and the electromagnetic stability of the unit. In severe cases, the unit will be forced to shut down, which has a significant influence on the safety and stability of the unit and the economic benefits of operation. Aiming at solving the problem of the abnormally large horizontal vibration amplitude of the stator frame of unit 3 in a power station, this paper analyzes the causes and proposes the treatment measures. Firstly, based on the comparative analysis of the vibration data before and after the generator is excited, it is found that the increase of excitation current leads to the increase of electromagnetic tension and the imbalance of electromagnetic tension. Secondly, through the analysis of vibration spectrum, it is found that the frequency components causing the increase of stator X-direction vibration amplitude are 2, 3 and 4 times frequency. These characteristics determine that the non-circular stator and rotor may be the causes. Finally, during the maintenance, it is found that the fixing bolts of the stator frame are loose. After checking and handling the bolts and stop blocks of the stator frame, the problem of excessive vibration of the stator base is solved. The cause analysis and treatment measures for excessive vibration of stator frame  provide reference for solving similar problems.
