潜油电泵机组变频电磁防垢除垢仪研制与试验

摘要:在油田潜油电泵机组生产过程中,垢经常导致潜油电泵叶轮流道阻塞、泵效降低、油井产液量下降。本文通过对变频电磁场防垢除垢的机理进行分析,研制了一种适用于油田潜油电泵机组的变频电磁防垢除垢仪。在运行电流3 A、扫频频率160~240 kHz、线圈匝数30匝的最佳工艺参数条件下,室内试验连续运行20天,对碳酸钙(镁)垢和硫酸钙(镁钡)垢的阻垢率可达到90.17%;自油田现场投运以来,在未使用化学防垢剂和除垢剂的条件下,潜油电泵井的结垢量和结垢速率明显下降,机组连续运行时间提高了30%以上,有效实现了防垢除垢、延长机组运行时间、降低油田生产成本的目的。

Development and Test of Frequency Conversion Electromagnetic Anti-Scaling and Descaling Instrument for Electric Submersible Pump Unit

Abstract:In the production process of electric submersible pump units in oilfields, scaling often results in blockage of impeller passage and decrease of pump efficiency and fluid production in oil-wells. In this paper, based on the analysis of mechanism of anti-scaling and descaling by frequency conversion electromagnetic field, we develop a kind of frequency conversion electromagnetic anti-scaling and descaling instrument suitable for electric submersible pump units in oilfield. Under the optimum technological parameters of operation current 3 A, sweeping frequency 160~240 kHz and coil 30 turns, the inhibition rate of calcium (magnesia)carbonate scale and calcium(magnesia-barium) sulfate scale reaches 90.17% after 20 days' continuous test in laboratory. The oilfield application shows that the scaling amount and rate decreases significantly and the continuous operation time of the unit increases by more than 30% without chemical scale remover. The purposes of anti-scaling and descaling, prolonging the operation time of the unit and reducing the production cost of the oilfield are effectively achieved.
