用于陶瓷绝缘环的锡丝热熔填孔装置设计

摘要:介绍了一种以热熔的方式将金属纯锡填充至陶瓷绝缘环上小孔中的装置以及其工作原理。该装置主要包括三自由度移动机构、中心操作台、待加工工件固定装置等,各部分机构可以自动调节以适应多种型号、尺寸的产品,分别完成控制中心操作台移动、四工位集中式加工处理工件、装夹工件的工作过程。根据材料的不同特性,初步筛选市面上常见的几种填孔材料,结合加工要求,进行试验分析对比,选择金属纯锡作为填充物质。通过结构设计优化,实现用锡丝填孔的全自动化。

Design of Hole Filling Device for Ceramic Insulating Ring by the Use of Molten Tin

Abstract:This paper introduces a mechanical device which uses molten tin to fill the tiny hole of ceramic insulating ring and its working principle. The device mainly consists of a 3-DOF moving mechanism, a central operating platform and a fixed machine for workpiece to be processed. Each part of the mechanism can be automatically adjusted to adapt to a variety of models and sizes of products, respectively completing the work process of moving the central operating platform, centralized workpieces processing in four-station processor, and clamping workpieces. According to the different characteristics of the materials, several kinds of common filling materials on the market are selected. Combined with the processing requirements, experimental analysis and comparison of the filling materials are carried out, and pure tin is selected as the filling material. Through the optimization of structure design, the full automation of filling holes with tin wire is realized.
