基于OSG虚拟现实的转向架车间布局规划

摘要:针对动车组转向架生产车间布局规划问题,结合三维仿真技术、虚拟现实技术和人机交互设备,建立基于OSG的虚拟现实转向架车间布局规划系统,将物理生产车间映射到虚拟现实空间中,建立与真实一致的三维可视化转向架车间模型,基于OSG虚拟现实平台和人机交互手段,进行转向架虚拟车间的可视化展示与漫游、虚拟车间布局规划评审,阐述了基于OSG虚拟现实车间布局规划系统的组成、结构与关键实现技术。实际应用效果证明了方法的正确性和有效性。

Bogie Workshop Layout Planning Based on OSG Virtual Reality

Abstract:In order to solve the layout planning problem in EMU bogie production workshop, a layout planning system based on OSG virtual reality is established, combined with 3D simulation technology, virtual reality technology and human-computer interaction equipment. The production workshop is mapped to a virtual reality space, and then a three-dimensional visualized bogie workshop model consistent with reality is established. Based on OSG virtual reality platform and man-machine interaction means, this paper carries out the visual display, roaming, and review of bogie virtual workshop and layout planning. It further describes the composition, structure and key technology of workshop layout planning system based on OSG virtual reality. The application proves the correctness and validity of the method.
