运载火箭活动发射平台前置设备间噪声控制及试验研究

摘要:基于某运载火箭活动发射平台前置设备间隔噪的需求,提出了采用三层复合隔声结构板、阶梯型密封隔声门和管式阻性消声器搭建隔声间的方案。研制了试验样机,在室内混响场和火箭发射现场进行了隔声性能评估试验。试验表明,隔噪样机的降噪性能满足要求,降噪性能明显。通过试验验证及某型号火箭发射任务的考核,表明隔噪技术应用正确可行,能够满足前置设备的环境保障要求,为运载火箭前置设备提供了良好的噪声工作环境。

Noise Control and Test Research of Pre Equipment Room of Mobile Launching Platform

Abstract:Based on the requirement of noise isolation for the pre equipment of a mobile launching platform of a launch vehicle, a scheme of using three-layer composite sound insulation structure board, step-type sealed glottis and tubular resistance muffler to build sound isolation room is proposed. The test prototype was developed, and the sound insulation performance evaluation experiment was conducted in the indoor reverberation field and the rocket launching site. The experimental results show that the noise reduction performance of the noise isolation prototype meets the requirements and the noise reduction performance is obvious. Through test verification and evaluation of a certain type of rocket launching mission, it shows that the application of noise isolation technology is correct and feasible, which can meet the environmental protection requirements of the pre equipment and provide a good noise working environment for the pre equipment of launch vehicle.
