新型工艺转向架支撑定位装置的结构设计与强度分析

摘要:主要介绍了一种可适用于多种类型地铁车辆检修用新型工艺转向架支撑定位装置的结构特征,包括主要结构组成和特点。依据规范UIC 615-4及EN 13749的强度分析方法,并应用基于Hypermesh与ANSYS的联合仿真,建立相应的有限元模型,对工艺转向架的支撑定位装置进行结构强度分析。结果表明,在模拟运营载荷和超常载荷工况下,支撑定位装置的最大应力均小于材料的屈服极限,支撑定位装置满足静强度要求。

Structural Design and Strength Analysis on the Support Positioning Device Equipment of  a New Process Bogie

Abstract:The structural features of the support positioning device of a new process bogie, including the main structural composition and characteristics, is introduced. The device is suitable for the overhaul of many types of metro vehicle. According to the strength analysis method of UIC615-4 and EN-13749, and based on the co-simulation of Hypermesh and ANSYS, finite element analysis is conducted for the structural strength on the support positioning device of the new bogie. The results show that under the simulated operating loads and exceptional load conditions, the maximum stress of the support positioning device is less than the yield limit of materials, which ensures that the support positioning device structure meets the requirement of static strength.
