一种新型制动系统加力器污染隔绝装置的设计

摘要:针对中小型轮式装载机常用的气推油制动系统的关键部件加力器的故障,简述了加力器的结构和工作原理,并分析了加力器故障的主要原因是受到大气中水分和灰尘的污染,并在此基础上开发一种新型的加力器污染隔绝装置。该装置中设置有可膨胀和收缩的气囊,通过气囊的膨胀和收缩来补偿加力器呼吸时的容积变化,使得加力器在一个密闭的空间内进行呼吸,防止大气中水分和灰尘进入加力器。同时介绍了加力器的污染隔绝装置的设计和安装要点。

A New Design of Contamination Isolation of Brake Booster

Abstract:This article focuses on the damage of brake booster of air-oil service brake system used in Chinese small & middle size of wheel loader ordinarily, and describes the structure and working process of brake booster, and concludes that the cause of damage of brake booster is dampness and dust from working atmosphere. Then a contamination isolation device of brake booster is developed based on this conclusion. This device contains an air chamber which can inflate or deflate. The inflation or deflation of air chamber compensates the capacity change of brake booster when it breathes correspondingly. So this device makes the brake booster breathe in a sealed space to prevent dampness and dust in the atmosphere from entering the brake booster . This article also illuminates the key points to design and assemble this device.
