乏燃料水池临时堵漏装置的研制

摘要:根据工程使用需求,研制了一款对乏燃料水池池底裂纹进行临时堵漏的装置。该装置的工作原理为通过覆盖住池底裂纹,然后进行充气排水在裂纹周围形成空气腔,从而将裂纹与池水隔离。此外,该装置还具备对隔离效果进行实时调节,并在堵漏失效时进行报警。对堵漏装置的堵漏焊装结构、密封件、配重块、吊装组件、吊装工具等机械结构进行了详细描述,并对该装置的气动系统、控制系统的工作原理进行了详细介绍,并根据设备的具体使用环境对堵漏装置的控制参数、配重块重量进行设计计算。

Abstract:According to the needs of the project, a device for temporarily plugging the bottom crack of the spent fuel pool was developed. The working principle of the device covers the cracks at the bottom of the pool, and charging and draining water and to form an air cavity around the crack ,and then to isolate the crack from the pool water. In addition, the device can adjust the isolation effect in real time and give an alarm when plugging failure. In this paper, the welding structure, the seals of the plugging device, counter weight, assembly components, assembly tools such as mechanical structure has carried on the detailed description, and the device of the working principle of pneumatic system and control system are introduced in detail, and according to the specific of the equipment using the environment control of the plugging device parameters for design and calculation, counter weight weight.
