基于M-C方法的旋转机械装配尺寸链研究

摘要：用于不同组分工质分离的旋转机械常通过调整产品收集管口部与转筒之间的径向相对位置进行所需产品组分的取料。高速旋转机械为取到特定组分，产品收集管的口部位置必须具有较高的精度。针对高速旋转机械的装配关系，确定了以焊接产品收集管的中心管轴线与支撑体轴线对中的装配精度，在基本尺寸装配关系的基础上考虑了形位公差的影响，建立了对应的装配尺寸链，采用M-C方法开展了理论计算，在抽样10万次后，按照“3σ原则”得到中心管轴线与支撑体轴线偏移量的封闭环尺寸服从均值-0.43 mm、标准差0.11 mm的正态分布，封闭环尺寸统计结果为0-0.0884 -0.7629，为旋转机械精确装配奠定了基础。

Research on Dimension Chain of Rotary Machinery Assembly Based on M-C Method

Abstract：Rotary machinery used for separating working substances of different components usually collects the required product components by adjusting the radial relative position between the nozzle and the rotary drum. In order to obtain specific components of high speed rotating machinery, the mouth position of the feeding device must have high precision, aming at the assembly relationship of high speed rotating machinery, the assembly precision of the axis alignment of the material tube and the support body with the material fetching device welded is determined in this paper, the influence of shape and position tolerance is considered on the basic of basic dimensional assembly relation, M-C method is used to carry out the theoretical calculation, after sampling 100,000 times, according to the principle of 3σ, the closed loop size of the offset between the axis of the material pipe and the axis of the support body is subject to a normal distribution with a mean value of -0.43 mm, an a standard deviation of 0.11 mm, the statistical result of closed loop is 0-0.0884 -0.7629, this research has laid a foundation for the accurate assembly of rotary machinery.
