CJQT10机械冲击式嵌岩筒钻的研制与应用

摘要:根据旋挖施工现场硬岩施工效率低的工况,通过研究岩石的破碎原理及破碎条件,基于提高钻进效率、降低工程成本的要求,研制了一款适用于中小型旋挖钻机的机械冲击式嵌岩筒钻。介绍了机械冲击式嵌岩筒钻的结构组成及工作原理,并通过SolidWorks软件建立关键部件模型,对模型进行网格划分与分析,验证钻具在极端条件下的稳定性。机械冲击式嵌岩筒钻结构简单,纯机械式结构维修便捷,成孔效果较好,使用成本低廉,钻凿速度快,适用于硬岩施工。

Abstract:According to the low efficiency of hard rock construction at the construction site of rotary drilling, This paper focuses on the breaking principle and condition of rock. Based on requirements of improving drilling efficiency and reduction of Engineering Cost. Self-developed a Mechanical Impact Embedded Rock Cylindrical Drill Bit which was suitable for small and medium sized rotary drilling rig .The structure and working principle of the drill bit are introduced in detail in this paper. And the Key-Component models are modelled by the SolidWorks software. The model was meshed and simulated by the SolidWorks software. Validation of the stability of the drill bit under extreme conditions. The Mechanical Impact Embedded Rock Cylindrical Drill Bit’s structure is simple. Pure mechanical structure makes it easy to maintain. Good quality of the holes ,low cost and fast drilling speed make it suitable for hard rock construction.
