基于ANSYS Workbench自控飞机回转机构驱动功率的计算及电机选型

摘要:介绍了自控飞机回转机构各阻力的计算方法,给出了一些参数和计算公式的确定方法,并通过实例进行计算,完成自控飞机回转机构驱动功率的计算及电机选型,并对起动时间进行了校核计算。进一步通过ANSYS Workbench对自控飞机起动运行过程进行了仿真模拟,驱动角速度与理论结果比较,表明计算结果的可靠性和正确性,为旋转类游乐设施电机的选型计算提供依据。

Selection of Motors and Calculation of Driving Power for Slewing Mechanism of Astro Fighter Based on ANSYS Workbench

Abstract:The calculation method of running resistances for the slewing mechanism of Astro fighter. Determine the different kinds of load calculation formula of starting and running process. The selection of motors and calculation of driving power for slewing mechanism of Astro fighter are accomplished by the instance, and the starting time is calculated. Simulation the starting and running process of Astro fighter by ANSYS Workbench, Compared with the mechanical theory analysis results, indicates that the calculation results is reliability and validity, which provide the reference for the design and calculation of selection of motors of rotary rides.
