手工包覆工艺在某款小SUV上的运用

摘要：主要讲述手工包覆工艺的种类、功能、工艺、特点及手工包覆在实际项目中具体运用。通过对手工包覆的特点分析总结出一定的特性，并且总结归纳某些品牌小SUV中手工包覆的运用及使用区域，将得出的结论融入到自己品牌小SUV研发中。人们对汽车的要求呈多样化、高品质化态势发展。为提高汽车内饰舒适性，汽车设计中常以手工包覆工艺去实现软触，从而提升整车的感官质量与档次，提高产品的竞争力。

Application of Manual Coating Technology on a Small SUV

Abstract：This paper mainly describes the types, functions, processes, characteristics and application of manual cladding technology in practical projects. Through the analysis of the characteristics of manual cladding, this paper summarizes some characteristics, and summarizes the application and use areas of manual cladding in some brands of small SUVs. The conclusion will be integrated into the research and development of their own brands of small SUVs. People are increasingly demanding for automobile, and developing in a diversified and high-quality manner. In order to improve the comfort of automobile interior decoration, soft touch is often achieved by manual cladding process in automobile design, which can improve the sensory quality and grade of the whole car and enhance the competitiveness of the products.
