某汽车车门试验模态分析

摘要:车门的动态特性是汽车设计过程中需要考虑的关键问题,以LMS Test.lab测试系统,搭建了车门自由模态测试平台,对该车门进行了自由模态分析,得到了车门的固有频率、阻尼比和振型。试验结果表明:车门的自由模态前6阶固有频率分为41.805 Hz、68.644 Hz、80.867 Hz、94.892 Hz、121.176 Hz和135.924 Hz。其中,弯曲模态振型主要表现在第1阶和第2阶,扭转主要表现在第4阶和第5阶,弯扭振型主要表现在第3阶和第6阶。

Experiment Modal Analysis of a Vehicle Door

Abstract:The dynamic performance of vehicle door is the important factor in vehicle design process. In this paper, free hanging system, experiment modal analysis of a vehicle door was presented based on the LMS Table test system. Natural frequency, mode shape and damping ratio of the vehicle door were obtained. The test results showed that, First six natural frequencies of the vehicle door were 41.805 Hz, 68.644 Hz, 80.867 Hz, 94.892 Hz, 121.176 Hz and 135.924 Hz, respectively, where the bend modes shapes were presented in first and second mode, the torsion modal shapes were presented in fourth and fifth mode, the bend and torsion combination modal shapes were present in third and sixth mode.
