结晶器振动装置固有频率理论研究

摘要:介绍了一种结晶器液压振动装置。该装置采用一个液压缸驱动装置,全板簧导向结构。进行了结晶器的三维模型的建立与网格划分,选取板弹簧力学模型与振动模型进行了结晶器系统固有频率的计算,得到结晶器的第一阶模态为左右偏摆振动,第二阶模态为上下垂直振动,计算得到的结晶器振动本体装置固有频率与现场振动偏摆测得数据相同,验证了理论方法计算的正确性和实用性。该计算方法可通过合理布置各部件达到最优的刚度布置,从而使振动装置的一阶、二阶振型达到最优,使设备各方向的偏摆控制到最小。

Study on Natural Frequency Analysis of the Mold Oscillation

Abstract:One type of mold oscillation device is introduced. The mold oscillation device is driven by one hydraulic cylinder and guided by leaf springs. The three-dimensional model of the mold is established and meshed, and based on the by the plate spring mechanical model and the vibration model, the natural frequency of the mold system is calculated. The first mode of the crystallizer is calculated by the left and right pendulum oscillations, and the second order mode is the vertical and upper vertical vibration. The calculated intrinsic frequency of the mold vibration body is the same as that measured in the field vibration bias. The correctness and practicability of the theoretical method are verified. The calculation method can achieve the optimal stiffness layout by arranging the components rationally, the first and the second order vibration modes of the vibration device can be optimized, so that the deflection of the equipment is controlled to the minimum in all directions.
