一种无人机干扰器的创新设计

摘要:无人机干扰事件频繁发生,使得反无人机产品需求得到极大提升。通过用户需求、模块划分和结构设计,从功能出发对无人机干扰器模块进行系统整合、结构材料的优化匹配和款型确定方案。产品利用三根天线对无人机所有工作频率进行定向干扰,将天线等器件隐藏于壳体中,外观设计成枪械类产品,使用再生壳体材料,达到一体化并且具备抗冲击力强不易碎裂的功能。通过3D打印机制作出模型对产品进行反复验证,达到设计最优并验证产品可靠性。

Abstract:For the events of the drones interfere occurred frequently, make the product demand improved greatly with unmanned aerial vehicle jammer. Based on the user requirements, module partition, and structure design, starting from the function of unmanned aerial vehicle jammer module for system integration, optimization of the structural material matching and model scheme is determined. Products by using the antenna for unmanned aerial vehicle all work frequency directional interference, such as antenna devices hidden in the shell, appearance design into gun products, use of renewable shell material, to achieve integration and have the function of the strong impact resistance is not easy to fracture. Through 3D printing mechanism to repeated verification of products, make a model to design the optimal and verify the product reliability.
