基于ANSYS的保温桶结构优化分析

摘要:针对保温桶在保温过程中存在保温效果不明显或浪费保温材料等问题,以陶瓷为保温材料的保温桶为研究对象,通过建立保温桶和保温层的三维立体模型,利用仿真软件ANSYS对三维模型进行有限元分析。并对保温桶的结构设计进行优化分析,通过改变保温层厚度研究得到保温桶内外温度与厚度之间的数值关系,且获得相关函数曲线。研究结果表明,在不影响保温桶保温性能的前提下,通过优化保温桶的厚度,可以有效降低保温桶的整体重量,当保温桶的厚度为4 mm时最优,质量降低了原来的18%。

The Structural Analysis and Optimization Design of Insulation Barrels

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the insulation effect is not obvious or the insulation material is wasted in the process of keeping the insulation, the three-dimensional model of the insulation barrel and the insulation layer is established by using the ceramic as the insulation material of the insulation material. To verify the insulation barrel has a better insulation effect, the simulation software ANSYS is used to analyze the three-Model for finite element analysis. Finally, the structural design of the insulation barrel is optimized and the temperature and thickness of the insulation layer are obtained. The results show that the overall quality of the insulation barrel can be effectively reduced by optimizing the thickness of the insulation barrel without affecting the insulation performance of the insulation barrel. When the thickness of the insulation barrel is 4mm, the quality is reduced to 18%.
