SolidWorks生成符合国标工程图的方法与应用

摘要:SolidWorks软件提供了三维模型生成二维工程图的功能,且三维模型与二维工程图之间同步更新,但生成的工程图许多地方不符合国家标准。为了得到符合国标的工程图,通过设定工程图模块中的各项参数,创建符合国标的工程图模板,针对标准件和常用件及其他不按真实投影绘制的结构,根据国标规定,对其开展工程图标准化处理方法和技巧的研究。结合实例,提出了相应的解决方案,确保工程图标准化的同时,保留工程图与零件三维模型之间数据的相关性。

The Method and Application of SolidWorks to Generate Engineering Drawing in Line with GB

Abstract:SolidWorks software provides the function that generating a engineering drawing from a 3D model, and the 3D model is synchronized with the two-dimensional drawing, but the engineering drawings do not meet the national standards. In order to obtain the engineering drawings in line with the national standards, by setting the parameters in the drawing module, a drawing template can be created, In view of the standard parts, common parts and other structures which are not drawn according to the real projection, According to the provisions of the national standard painting, carry out the standardization of engineering drawings and techniques of research, combined with examples, proposed a corresponding solution to ensure that the standardization of engineering at the same time, to retain the engineering drawings and parts of the three-dimensional model between the data.
